more from the petite ballerinas

-
Two funny little prayer requests from some of the girls in the preschool ballet class I teach:
-
IY:
My prayer request today is that everyone in the whole entire world would burst into laughter.
-
(And she was laughing so hard come her turn to pray that she couldn't even pray herself. And this same girl also mentioned at the end of the class that she would no longer like me to call her by her real name, but she'd rather me call her "Hilarious Fun." Certainly, Hilarious Fun.)
-
JD: My prayer request today is for my finger. I hurt it last year.
Me: Oh, and does it still hurt?
JD: No, I don't think so. But I want to pray about it.

polka dot hair bows and lots of smiles,

  1. Awww! They are so cute and hilarious :)

I thought you'd like to hear of this theological tangle posed by a certain Small Someone:

"Mommy, why does the Bible say that God turned His face away from Jesus?" (this over Easter)

"Because He can't look at sin."

"But 'the eyes of the Lord are in every place, keeping watch over the evil and the good'!"

"Go talk to your father for that one."

    =)

    Bested by a four-year-old.

and in other news, I'm still waiting for some two-month-old pictures!!!!!! =)
